It’s been a great week! So I’m excited to see a new month! Let’s plan on practicing safe use of antidepressants and reducing our stress this month as it is Emotional Wellness Month and Antidepressant Death Awareness Month. According to National Today.com, Emotions start in the brain, help us to survive, and are contagious! Also, experiencing and processing bad feelings is an important part of maintaining balance and having good mental health. Have a great weekend!
