After years of prayer and lots of work, I no longer suffer from bouts of depression. And not only that, with the help of journal entries, reading self-help books, using relaxation techniques, and practicing affirmations, I have changed my mindset. Through diet and exercise and with the help of the Lifestyle Change Program, I have lost over 30 pounds and I am well on my way to achieving my goal. I am sharing all of this not to boast but to encourage you to reach YOUR goal. You can do it!! Take it one day at a time.
