Just like you choose to be happy, you can choose to think positively! My life changed for the better when I began to change my mind about how I would approach the subject. Not only do I choose to see situations differently but I also speak affirmations under my breath when I face difficult situations that may bring about negativity. I find that positive thinking results in positive behavior and ultimately a better life. I also try to read books that encourage better ways to manage time and therefore, develop good sleep habits and start the day fresh and with a good “readiness score”. This will give me a chance to reach my fitness goals and that in itself will make me satisfied and happy.
