Lately I’ve been having issues!!! But the way I’ve dealt with it is to try to remember what works best for me which is to try to find solace in doing the same things that work well for my mental well being in the past. I don’t have a magic trick to staying sane but it seems that keeping positive thoughts and staying calm and participating in physical activity works wonders! I’m also a fan of prayer and meditation and allowing time to pass for situations to resolve. Trust and believe that God will do once again what He did before which is bring me through any difficulties that I may face. And on the other side I will always learn from my experiences and become a better person.
