A “tree is known by its fruit”!

My dad used to tell me all the time that “a tree is known by the fruit it bears”! By this statement he means that the character of a person is revealed by their actions. A good person has good fruit and a bad person produces bad fruit. The Bible goes even further than that and says that a bad person cannot produce good fruit and a good person cannot produce bad fruit.

I tell you what I have learned about fruit, is that eventually you will know what kind of fruit a person has, just give it a little time.
